Italian Roasted Chicken (GF) roasted semi-boneless chicken breast in the traditional tuscan style with rosemary and garlic caramelized brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes

Portobello Corn Risotto Cakes (GF, Vegan) mushrooms and vegetable "noodles” served over corn risotto cakes with vegan reduction sauce
